The epicenter of the earthquake was near the east coast of honshu, japan, 231 miles northeast of Tokyo

The size varries from who tells you on what websight, but thay are all around the 9.0 mark.

• What are some of the areas most effected? Describe the devastation and include an image.

Rikusentakada, kesennuma and minamisanriku  were the most affected but thay took most damage from the sunami which regesyted at going 300K/H which is faster than a car can travel.
